TrekWars: The Furry Conflict is no more. Thanks to a final website snafu, and general agreement from the handful of us who are left, we've decided not to try and resurrect the site. Ten years is a respectable run, especially for the internet, but it's time to say so long and thanks for all the memories.

I think it's better this way than trying to limp it back along the way we've been doing. It was so much easier (even if our writing sucked more) back in the day when all we had to worry about was high school and summer jobs. College, the real world, work, marriage, and in some cases babies, have made it so much more difficult to continue at the rate we used to. This isn't to say those of us who were already in touch intend to stop talking to each other, but we're not going to make any attempt to bring back the old site or forums or maintain the old storyline.

Hey, this thing ate a decade of my life. =P I'm allowed to be a little nostalgic.
