Totally freaking out here. Had to run a gauntlet of the undead to escape Blacksburg, but we're ok... for now. They don't seem to have made it over the mountain yet. Ed thinks they're too weak to make it over. I think they're just concentrating on the bigger population centers first and they haven't gotten out this far yet. No sign of the neighbors. I don't think they made it. We stopped and raided the gas station for supplies while we had a chance. Thank God that store stocks everything. Including ammo. Lots of it. And beer. We're holed up in the basement with the cats. We'll hold out as long as we can. Everybody else do the same.
